Q: How much does a new Sand Creek Post and Beam building cost to build?
A: It really does depend on the job! But please call for an estimate.
Q: Can I build the Sand Creek Post and Beam kit myself?
A: A general knowledge of construction is needed along with the ability to read plans. Having someone on the crew that has built a house or build is suggested.
Q: Can you customize floor plans?
A: Yes, as long as it works structurally. We are able to build to your design. If it can be done we will make it happen.
Q: Will you travel to build or do you have any builders in my area?
A: We will do our best to find someone qualified in your area. We can make suggestion on builders we have used in the past. And if you want TSB’s skilled carpenters a trip charge and or hotels fees may be added to the job. (Will travel at no extra cost within 1hr radius of Cedar Rapids, IA 52402)
